About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Engineer to join our MEP Projects team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in estimation, project planning, material management, commissioning, and project execution of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), HVAC, and Fire Fighting systems.
This role requires excellent technical knowledge, coordination skills, and the ability to work closely with project teams, consultants, customers, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
Key ResponsibilitiesEstimation & Material Planning
- Review approved/GFC drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
- Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and detailed BOQs.
- Cross-check BOQs with tender documents and project specifications.
- Identify quantity variations and material gaps.
- Prepare Material Requests (MR) based on approved technical data sheets.
- Coordinate with procurement for timely material availability.
- Prepare variation statements with technical justification for customer claims.
- Validate material consumption norms before raising MRs.
Project Planning
- Prepare project schedules using MS Project (MSP) or Primavera P6.
- Develop Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), manpower plans, and resource loading.
- Support project execution planning and monitoring.
- Coordinate with Project Managers for subcontractor selection and vendor negotiations.
Commissioning & Handover
- Prepare commissioning procedures and testing scripts.
- Execute commissioning and testing activities.
- Prepare commissioning documentation (L1–L5).
- Compile handover documents and coordinate with customers, consultants, and PMCs.
- Support smooth project handover and closeout activities.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems.
- Experience in quantity estimation and BOQ preparation.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Knowledge of material planning and procurement coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Project (MSP) and/or Primavera P6.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Willingness to travel to project sites.
Qualification
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Experience
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in MEP project estimation, planning, or execution.
Preferred
- Project Management certification or training.
- Self-driven, proactive, and adaptable professional with strong organizational skills.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
