We are on the lookout for a dedicated CRM Manager (Post-Sales) to manage customer relationships after booking is done. This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth transition from booking to possession, handling customer documentation, payments, updates, and grievance redressal. The ideal candidate should be proactive, customer-centric, and well-versed in residential real estate processes.

Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer queries after booking

Coordinate with internal departments. Legal, Projects, Finance, and Sales for timely updates

Manage customer documentation including Agreements, Allotment Letters, and Payment Receipts

Regularly follow up with customers on payment schedules and milestone completions

Provide updates on project construction progress and handle site visit scheduling

Address and resolve customer complaints or escalations professionally

Ensure timely issuance of Possession Letters and support during handover

Maintain accurate customer records and track communication using CRM tools
Working Hours:
Includes Saturday and Sunday working
One weekday off (as per roster)
