About Us
Asiania Logistika is an international freight forwarding and logistics company specializing in India–Russia trade. We provide Air Freight, Sea Freight (FCL/LCL), Customs Clearance, Warehousing, and Door-to-Door logistics solutions. We are looking for an experienced and proactive professional to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and send freight quotations (Air, Sea FCL/LCL, Road).
- Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, overseas agents, transporters, and customs brokers.
- Handle export and import shipment documentation.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and overseas partners.
- Follow up on quotations and convert inquiries into bookings.
- Coordinate shipments from booking until final delivery.
- Track shipments and provide timely updates to clients.
- Handle customer queries and resolve operational issues.
- Verify shipping documents including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, Shipping Bill, Certificates, etc.
- Maintain accurate shipment records in CRM.
- Support the Logistic team with pricing and operational information.
- Coordinate with finance for invoicing and payment follow-ups.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Freight Forwarding or Logistics company.
- Good knowledge of:
- Ocean Freight (FCL & LCL)
- Air Freight
- Export & Import Documentation
- Incoterms
- Customs procedures
- Experience preparing freight quotations.
- Strong communication and client relationship skills.
- Good negotiation skills with shipping lines and overseas agents.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience with freight software or CRM is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related field.
- Experience handling international shipments.
- Knowledge of the India–Russia trade lane is an added advantage.
