Our expanding group includes brands and divisions such as CaterGold and HoReCaGold Wholesale. We are looking for a creative, highly skilled, and commercially aware Digital Marketing & Creative Executive based in Delhi NCR to support our fast-growing operations and brands.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
Manage and grow company presence across:
- Facebook
- Instagram
- TikTok
- LinkedIn
- YouTube
- Pinterest (optional)
Create and schedule:
- Reels
- Promotional videos
- Product posts
- Social media campaigns
- Stories and short-form content
Graphic Designing & Creative Work
Design:
- Flyers
- Brochures
- Catalogues
- Banners
- Posters
- Social media creatives
- Digital advertisements
- Marketing materials
Ensure branding consistency across all platforms and marketing materials.
Product Photo Editing
Professionally edit product photos for:
- E-commerce
- Social media
- Marketing campaigns
- Catalogues
Tasks include:
- Background removal
- Colour correction
- Retouching
- Lighting adjustments
- Image enhancement
- SEO-friendly product image preparation
Software & AI Tools
Strong working knowledge of:
- Adobe Photoshop
- CorelDRAW
- Canva
- AI design and marketing tools
Experience using AI tools for:
- Content generation
- Image enhancement
- Creative concepts
- Video generation/editing
- Marketing automation
- Social media content creation
Marketing & Branding
Assist with:
- Brand development
- Product launches
- Seasonal campaigns
- Promotions
- Digital advertising creatives
Coordinate with management and sales teams to create effective campaigns and promotions.
Skills & Requirements
Educational Requirements
Preferred qualifications include: master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Media & Advertising, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Content Creation, Branding & Advertising
- Indian equivalent qualifications such as:
- BBA / MBA (Marketing)
- B.Com with Digital Marketing specialisation
- BA Mass Communication
- Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA)
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Graphic Design or Multimedia
Relevant practical experience and portfolio quality will be given higher importance than academic qualifications alone
Mandatory
- Minimum 6 years’ practical experience in:
