Job Overview
Paradise Insurance Inc., a U.S.-based commercial trucking insurance agency, is seeking a Trucking Insurance Coordinator (US Operations) to join our growing team.
This is a full-time, office-based position focused on supporting commercial trucking insurance operations, coordinating with U.S. insurance carriers, processing policy transactions, and providing exceptional customer service to existing clients.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience in U.S. commercial trucking insurance or commercial lines insurance and possess strong organizational, communication, and policy servicing skills.
Key Responsibilities
· Process new commercial truck insurance policies.
· Handle policy renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and reinstatements.
· Coordinate with U.S. insurance carriers and underwriters for quotes, policy issuance, endorsements, and underwriting requirements.
· Communicate with insurance carrier representatives to ensure timely processing of policies and policy changes.
· Issue Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and other required insurance documents.
· Maintain accurate client records and policy documentation.
· Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
· Assist the sales team by processing submitted applications and servicing existing accounts.
· Ensure compliance with carrier guidelines and agency procedures.
· Follow up on pending requests with carriers and clients until completion.
Qualifications
· 1–3+ years of experience in U.S. Commercial Truck Insurance or Commercial Lines Insurance.
· Strong knowledge of commercial trucking insurance products and policy servicing.
· Experience coordinating with insurance carriers and underwriters.
· Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
· High attention to detail and accuracy.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
· Experience with insurance agency management software is an advantage.
