Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized HR Associate to support our HR Operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR administrative activities, maintaining employee records, coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes, and ensuring compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee onboarding and documentation, including offer letters, joining formalities, and employee file creation.
- Coordinate employee offboarding, including exit documentation and clearance processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS and other HR databases.
- Support attendance, leave, and employee data management.
- Prepare HR letters, employment verification letters, experience letters, and other HR-related documents.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Assist in payroll inputs by coordinating attendance, leave, and employee data with the payroll team.
- Respond to employee queries related to HR policies, documentation, and benefits.
- Support HR audits and maintain HR documentation for compliance purposes.
- Generate HR reports and dashboards as required.
- Assist in implementing and improving HR operational processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Administration.
- Knowledge of HR processes and employment documentation.
- Familiarity with HRIS and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
