Prepare reports, presentations, and maintain important documents/data
Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external vendors
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Assist in day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
Handle urgent tasks efficiently and ensure smooth workflow
Can travel across country for meet up

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the CEO. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional communication skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to manage confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
The candidate should have experience coordinating with international clients and stakeholders and must have traveled internationally for business purposes. They should be capable of managing the CEO's day-to-day operations while ensuring smooth communication and efficient execution of priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, appointments, and daily schedule.
- Handle domestic and international travel planning, including flights, hotels, visas, transportation, and complete travel itineraries.
- Coordinate business meetings, conferences, and executive events.
- Screen, prioritize, and manage emails, phone calls, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, MOM (Minutes of Meeting), and business documents.
- Follow up with departments to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Manage confidential documents and sensitive business information with complete discretion.
- Coordinate with international clients, partners, and vendors across different time zones.
- Organize both virtual and in-person meetings and ensure seamless execution.
- Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, and executive reports.
- Handle expense reports, reimbursements, and executive administrative tasks.
- Anticipate the CEO's requirements and proactively resolve issues before they arise.
- Support the CEO during business travel, meetings, and important corporate events whenever required.

- Must have international business travel experience across multiple countries.
- Familiarity with international business etiquette and cross-cultural communication.
- Valid passport with willingness to travel frequently, both domestically and internationally.
