Plan, organize, and monitor daily production activities.
✅ Achieve production targets while maintaining quality standards.
✅ Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and raw materials.
✅ Monitor machine efficiency, productivity, and downtime.
✅ Implement and maintain SOPs, safety practices, and 5S standards.
✅ Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Dispatch departments.
✅ Control production costs and minimize wastage/rejections.
✅ Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
✅ Lead and motivate production teams for continuous improvement.
✅ Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Plastic, or Industrial Engineering.
- Experience in PVC/uPVC/SWR Pipe Manufacturing preferred.
- Strong knowledge of extrusion processes and production planning.
- Good leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to handle shift operations and factory workforce effectively.
Experience:
- 8–15 Years in PVC, UPVC, CPVC Pipe manufacturing industry.
- Minimum 3–5 years in a Production Manager role preferred.
