About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Product Head – IT Development to lead our development team and drive the successful execution of software products and technology solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage end-to-end product development while ensuring timely delivery and high-quality execution.
The Product Head will work closely with the Director and CEO to translate business objectives into scalable technology solutions and lead a team of 8–10 developers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 8–10 software developers.
- Plan, prioritize, and oversee the complete software development lifecycle.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
- Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
- Establish development processes, coding standards, and best practices.
- Conduct regular code reviews, sprint planning, and performance evaluations.
- Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and task assignments.
- Drive innovation and continuously improve products, processes, and team productivity.
- Ensure proper documentation of products, features, and technical specifications.
- Prepare regular project status reports and present updates directly to the Director and CEO.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend suitable solutions for business growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a
- related field.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in a fast-growing IT company or technology startup.
- Knowledge of AI-based applications, SaaS platforms, ERP/CRM systems, or enterprise software development.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, DevOps practices, and modern development frameworks.
- Experience with product strategy, roadmap planning, and release management.

- 4 + years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or product management role.

- Experience managing development teams of 8–10 members.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong decision-making and stakeholder management abilities.
- High level of enthusiasm, ownership, accountability, and a result-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work directly with senior management and align technology initiatives with business goals.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per year
