Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose Problems: Use computer tools and test equipment to find engine, transmission, and electrical faults.
- Perform Maintenance: Change oil, rotate tires, flush fluids, and replace filters.
- Complete Repairs: Fix or swap broken brakes, belts, hoses, and steering components.
- Test Drive: Drive vehicles or use hoists to verify that repairs fix the issue.
- Talk to Customers: Explain vehicle issues, give price estimates, and suggest future care.
- Keep Records: Log all parts used, hours worked, and services done
