- Machine Maintenance: Perform preventive maintenance and rapid breakdown repairs on production, processing, and packaging equipment.
- Utility Servicing: Maintain critical plant utilities like HVAC (heating and cooling), boilers, air compressors, and water purification systems.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose faults in electrical panels, motors, sensors, and Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) systems using testing tools.
- Compliance: Follow cGMP and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure product safety and quality.
- Documentation: Log all maintenance activities, repairs, and calibrations to maintain accurate compliance records.
- Calibration: Test and adjust measuring instruments and sensors for precision.
- Spare Parts: Manage the inventory of electrical parts to ensure fast replacements when needed.
