Experience more than 5+ years in the architectural firm.
- Develop Construction Documents: Produce full architectural drawing sets (floor plans, elevations, building sections).
- Create 3D Renderings: Build detailed digital models for client presentations and spatial visualization.
- Integrate Consultant Drawings: Overlay structural, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), and civil engineering plans.
- Incorporate Building Codes: Ensure all drawing details comply with local zoning laws, accessibility mandates, and fire safety codes.
- Specify Building Materials: Detail material selections, joinery methods, and finish schedules in the technical plans.
- Process Plan Revisions: Modify drawings quickly based on architectural feedback, client changes, or site constraints.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
