Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month
Shift: Rotational | 6 Days Working
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct New Hire Training (NHT)
- Deliver Process, Product & Soft Skills Training
- Conduct Mock Calls, Role Plays & Assessments
- Conduct Refresher & Upskilling Sessions
- Conduct TNI/TNA and Performance Coaching
- Coach Low-Performing Agents
- Maintain Training & Assessment Reports
Coordinate with Operations & Quality Teams

Coaching & Mentoring
Telecom/Customer Service Knowledge
MS Excel & PowerPoint
NHT, OJT, TNI/TNA & Performance Coaching
