Senior Structural Engineer
We are seeking a Senior Structural Engineer with 8+ years of work experience to join our team in Bengaluru.
This role is suited to a strong technical engineer who will support major building type projects across the Middle East, UK, US and other international regions. The successful candidate will take ownership of structural design packages, supporting Associates in delivering complex projects across multiple regions from concept through to detailed design.

Your next role

Take ownership and responsibility for the technical delivery of structural design packages from concept to detailed design, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with project requirements.

Lead day-to-day design activities within the project team

Lead and review the preparation of sketches, calculations, analysis models, reports, drawings and presentations on time and to budget.

Supervise, mentor and review the work of junior engineers and BIM technicians to ensure high-quality outputs and coordinated deliverables.

Coordinate with architects, MEP, and other disciplines to resolve interfaces and maintain design alignment.

Work closely with international project teams to coordinate design, align approaches and resolve technical challenges.

Lead and support client interactions, design reviews, and technical discussions, representing the project team as required.

Monitor progress against programme and highlight risks, delays, or technical issues

Contribute to design decision-making while ensuring alignment with project objectives, budget, and timelines.

Ensure compliance with internal QA/QC processes and actively drive quality across deliverables
Your skills and experience
-
8+ years’ experience in structural engineering, including structural design on major and complex building type projects
-
Experience of working in collaboration with global teams based in middle east, US, UK etc. is preferred
-
Strong technical capability in concrete, steel and composite structures, with ability to iindependently develop and check designs
-
Ability to take technical ownership of design packages and manage delivery with minimal supervision

Broad knowledge of international codes (British, US, European) and experience applying them in practice

Proficiency in common analysis/design software (e.g. ETABS, SAFE, ROBOT, TEDDS, CSC Fastrak, Revit etc.)

Knowledge and experience of computational workflow using Rhino & Grasshopper is a plus

Ability to mentor and lead engineers and BIM technicians

Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence working with clients, architects and multidisciplinary teams.

Chartered Engineer (ICE/IStructE or equivalent) is preferred or working towards it
