We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Digital Marketing Sales Executive who can identify potential clients, build relationships, and close high-value deals for our digital marketing services.
Key Responsibilities
1. Generate qualified leads through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and referrals.
2. Identify businesses that need digital marketing solutions such as:
* Social Media Marketing
* Paid Ads (Meta/Google)
* SEO
* Branding
* Website Development
* Influencer Marketing
1. Understand client pain points and propose tailored marketing solutions.
2.Conduct discovery calls and sales meetings with potential clients.
3. Present company services and explain ROI-driven strategies to prospects.
4. Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
5. Negotiate pricing and close deals efficiently.
6. Build long-term client relationships and maintain regular follow-ups.
7. Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
8. Coordinate with internal marketing and operations teams after deal closure.
9. Maintain accurate CRM records for leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
10. Stay updated with digital marketing trends and competitor offerings.

Candidate Requirements
2–5 years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in a digital marketing agency
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Experience in B2B sales is highly preferred
* Understanding of digital marketing KPIs (ROI, ROAS, CPC, CAC, etc.) is a plus
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
* Fluent in English & Hindi
