Role Overview
We are looking for passionate, dedicated, and disciplined Yoga Instructors to conduct structured yoga sessions and contribute to our training programmes. The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of yoga, excellent teaching skills, and a genuine passion for helping others through authentic yogic practices.
Key Responsibilities
Yoga Instruction
- Conduct structured yoga sessions including Asanas, Pranayama, Meditation, and Yogic Kriyas.
- Teach students of different age groups and fitness levels.
- Ensure proper alignment, safety, and individual attention during every session.
- Modify practices according to participants' health conditions and programme requirements.
- Inspire students to develop consistency and discipline in their yoga practice.
Professional Responsibilities
- Maintain professional conduct and uphold the values of Akshar Yoga Kendraa.
- Participate in internal training sessions, workshops, and special programmes.
- Support the centre's day-to-day operations and events whenever required.
- Maintain attendance records and class reports as instructed.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's (B.Sc.) or Master's (M.Sc.) degree in Yoga from a recognised university, or a Yoga certification recognised by the AYUSH Ministry.
- Minimum 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification from a recognised institution.
- Prior experience teaching yoga in a reputed organisation is preferred.
- Good understanding of yogic anatomy, physiology, and safe teaching practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a disciplined and team-oriented environment.
