We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for travel. You will be responsible for planning travel experiences, handling bookings, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Create customized domestic and international travel itineraries based on client requirements.
- Handle holiday package bookings for individuals, families, and groups.
- Assist clients with hotel bookings, transfers, sightseeing, and travel-related services.
- Prepare quotations and travel proposals.
- Generate invoices and maintain booking records.
- Follow up with clients for payments and documentation.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel partners to ensure smooth travel arrangements.
- Resolve customer queries and provide after-sales support.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Good knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.
- Ability to handle multiple bookings and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, Email, Internet).
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and energetic personality.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the travel industry or a similar customer service role.
- Knowledge of air ticketing and holiday package planning will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for travel may also apply.
