About Phoenix Business Advisory
Phoenix Business Advisory is a leading business immigration and advisory firm helping entrepreneurs, investors, and business owners expand globally through business migration and investment programs. We are looking for an experienced Business Head – Sales & Trainer who can drive business growth while developing and training high-performing sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Sales and Business Development teams to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to improve lead generation, conversions, and overall business performance.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and coach new and existing employees on sales techniques, product knowledge, communication skills, and customer handling.
- Conduct induction programs, classroom training, role-plays, mock calls, and refresher training sessions.
- Identify training needs and create structured learning and development programs.
- Monitor individual and team performance through KPIs and provide regular feedback and coaching.
- Work closely with management to improve sales processes, productivity, and operational efficiency.
- Analyze sales reports, conversion metrics, and team performance to implement improvement strategies.
- Build a positive, performance-driven, and learning-oriented work culture.
- Ensure consistent adherence to company policies, SOPs, and quality standards.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent qualification will be preferred.
Experience
- 10+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Business Operations.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in leading sales teams and conducting employee training.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building high-performing teams.
- Experience in the education, business immigration, consulting, or service industry will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
