As a Deputy Manager - Training at Axis Max Life Insurance, you will be responsible for the design, development, and delivery of training programs aimed at enhancing the skills and knowledge of employees. Key Responsibilities:

- Experience using training software and tools for e-learning and assessments.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS).

- Knowledge of the insurance industry and regulatory requirements is an advantage.
