Requirements:
1. BOT/MOT in Occupational Therapy
2. Experience working with children with developmental delays and disabilities, particularly in early intervention settings.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Compassion and patience when working with children and their families.
5. Knowledge of various assessment tools, therapeutic techniques, and developmental disorders.
6. Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
7. Cultural sensitivity and adaptability to work with diverse populations.
