Work you'll do
As a Specialist Manager, Talent Development on the Learning & Development team, you will be responsible for…
- Leading onboarding programs for USI Consulting, including planning and delivery for new hires across locations in US India
- Partnering with talent acquisition, learning partners, business stakeholders, subject matter advisors, and US teams to maintain current and effective program content
- Designing and delivering learning programs, development journeys, and capability-building solutions aligned to business and talent priorities
- Overseeing end-to-end program management, including participant registration, facilitator onboarding, train-the-trainer activities, communications, reporting, and continuous improvement
- Managing budgets, measurement, analytics, and team performance to improve practitioner experience, program effectiveness, and business impact

In our US India offices, the Learning & Development team supports capability development, professional networking and career progression for the region's professionals. The team specializes in connecting the dots between internal and external team members to provide a wholistic learning solution to business and come across as one.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 9 AM to 6 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- DTD (ISTD), Master of Business Administration (MBA), Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (PGDBA), Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM), or equivalent degree
- 10+ years of experience in learning and development or talent development within matrixed organizations serving international markets
- Experience in onboarding program management, training needs identification, and learning strategy development
- Experience in learning design and delivery for technology-related programs
- Experience in vendor management, project management, budget planning, forecasting, and financial tracking
- Experience working with cross-border stakeholders and leading program delivery teams
Preferred:
- Experience demonstrating business impact of learning initiatives through metrics, reporting, or return on investment measures
- Experience applying adult learning principles in program design and delivery
- Experience using learning measurement and analytics to identify performance gaps and improve programs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Excel
- Experience supporting adoption of learning technologies
- Experience working on technology-focused training programs
