Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Planning & Control
- Ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
- Monitor production schedules and coordinate with planning teams.
- Optimize machine utilization and manpower productivity.
- Minimize production downtime and wastage.
Team Management
- Lead and supervise production supervisors, operators, and workers.
- Allocate manpower effectively across production lines.
- Conduct training and skill development programs.
- Maintain discipline and employee engagement in the department.
Quality Management
- Ensure compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.
- Coordinate with the Quality team to resolve quality issues.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, work instructions, and process controls.
Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with EHS and statutory requirements.
- Conduct workplace safety inspections and risk assessments.
- Promote safe work practices and use of PPE.
- Participate in internal and external audits.
Continuous Improvement
- Drive productivity improvement initiatives.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and TPM activities.
- Monitor KPIs and prepare improvement action plans.
- Reduce production costs and process losses.
Inventory & Resource Management
- Coordinate with stores and procurement for material availability.
- Monitor consumption of raw materials and packing materials.
- Control production-related inventory and wastage.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare daily production reports and MIS.
- Analyze production data and present performance reports.
- Maintain production records as per company requirements.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
