Role: Your Impact and Ownership
Drive client acquisition and portfolio growth by managing HNI/UHNI relationships, delivering tailored investment advisory, and scaling AUM. Collaborate with internal investment teams to curate strategies and ensure high-value client outcomes through trust-based engagement.
Key Responsibilities at this Role
1. Acquire HNI and Ultra-HNI clients to build a scalable AUM portfolio
2. Manage end-to-end client relationships ensuring retention and wallet share growth
3. Deliver customized investment strategies aligned with client financial goals
4. Generate revenue through advisory-led portfolio expansion and cross-selling
5. Research financial markets and curate high-performing investment solutions
6. Identify unlisted and alternative investment opportunities for portfolio diversification
7. Drive consistent client engagement through proactive advisory and support
Skill: The Expertise Required
Must-Haves for this Role
1. 10-15 years in wealth management or private banking
2. Proven experience managing HNI/UHNI client portfolios
3. Demonstrated ability to generate and scale AUM (minimum 200 Cr)
4. Expertise in investment advisory and portfolio management
5. Experience with alternative investments/unlisted opportunities
