Position Summary
The Recruitment Manager will lead end-to-end talent acquisition for The Antara Foundation, ensuring timely hiring of high-quality, mission-aligned talent across all functions and roles. The role is responsible for strengthening recruitment processes, building robust talent pipelines, enhancing candidate experience, and positioning Antara as an employer of choice in addition to making the recruitment process more skill, competence and values based for best organisational fit. The Recruitment Manager will work closely with hiring managers across functions to anticipate talent needs and deliver an efficient, data-driven recruitment function that supports the organization's growth.
Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition

Lead end-to-end recruitment across leadership, technical, programme, and field positions.

Develop recruitment strategies to attract diverse, high-quality candidates aligned with TAF’s mission, values, and culture.

Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, define hiring plans, and proactively anticipate future talent needs.

Ensure a consistent, structured, and high-quality selection process across all functions and levels.

Champion inclusive hiring practices that promote diversity across gender, geography, educational background, socioeconomic status, persons with disabilities and professional experience.

Support annual workforce planning and recruitment for organizational expansion, new programmes, and critical hiring initiatives.
Talent Sourcing & Employer Branding

Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for recurring, specialist, and critical positions.

Develop innovative sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, employee referrals, universities, fellowship programmes, professional networks, and executive search partners.

Lead campus engagement and university partnerships to build a pipeline of emerging talent.

Design and execute recruitment campaigns for The Antara Fellowship Programme, ensuring a high-quality and diverse cohort each year.

Strengthen Antara's employer brand by showcasing its mission, culture, employee value proposition, and career opportunities.

Build long-term relationships with educational institutions, sector networks, and recruitment partners.
Recruitment Process & Analytics

Design and continuously improve competency-based and values-based recruitment processes across the organization.

Develop structured interview guides, assessment frameworks, and evaluation rubrics to improve objectivity and hiring quality.

Ensure recruitment decisions consistently assess technical capability, behavioural competencies, leadership potential, and alignment with Antara's values and culture.

Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Manage recruitment systems, applicant tracking, hiring documentation, and recruitment governance.
Develop and maintain recruitment dashboards and regularly report hiring insights to leadership including key recruitment metrics on time to fill, quality of hire, candidate experience, source effectiveness, diversity of hiring etc.

Skills and Experience Required

Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

8-10 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years leading recruitment for multiple functions and geographies.
- Experience in the development sector, public health, consulting, or high-growth organizations is preferred.

Demonstrated experience in managing end-to-end recruitment across diverse roles.

Strong expertise in competency-based interviewing and candidate assessment.

Experience building recruitment dashboards and using recruitment metrics for decision-making.

Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple hiring priorities simultaneously.
