You will be responsible for:
- Recruitment, on/off-boarding
- Employee relations, accommodation, health & safety, welfare
- Landlords and vendors relation management
- Company policy and procedure compliance
- Staff accomodation, Health & safety
- Employee performance management
- Employee salary, payroll filing
- All HR programs
Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in Human Resources Management
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong working knowledge of labour law, procedures, policies and requirements
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and build relationships proactively with employees, management and people at all levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Tankhapatra, Attendance software usage
Responsibilities:
- Act as primary point of HR contact to all managers and employees in the areas of employee relations, change management, performance management, employee engagement, and best practices
- Develop good relationship with vendors and landlords
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including attending interviews, processing employment contracts, and conducting employee on-boarding
- Manage employee records and ensure compliance
- Manage the qurterly performance review process with Department Heads and Partners
- Develop and update company employment policies and other workplace policies
- Assist the leadership team in developing employee engagement initiatives, workshops and trainings, and retention strategies
- Manage off-boarding – voluntary and involuntary terminations of employment
- Lead all Health and Safety initiatives and manage policy updates and creation in keeping with provincial legislative requirements, including Workers Compensation claims management and accommodations

Schedule:
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
