1. Patient Consultation & Assessment
- Greet patients and understand their concerns
- Take medical history and lifestyle details
- Analyze skin/hair condition (or body concern)
- Suggest suitable treatments as per doctor/clinic protocol
2. Performing Treatments
- Carry out therapies like:
- Facials, peels, medi-facials
- Laser treatments (if trained)
- PRP assistance / post-care
- Body contouring procedures
- Follow SOPs strictly for safety and hygiene
- Prepare and handle equipment properly
3. Pre & Post Treatment Care
- Explain procedure before starting
- Guide patient about precautions
- Provide post-treatment instructions
- Handle minor side effects or inform doctor if needed
4. Hygiene & Clinic Maintenance
- Maintain cleanliness of treatment rooms
- Sterilize instruments and equipment
- Follow infection control protocols
- Ensure proper disposal of medical waste
5. Documentation & Records
- Maintain patient records and treatment history
- Update progress notes
- Take before/after photos (if required)
6. Patient Handling & Counseling
- Build good rapport with patients
- Answer basic queries confidently
- Educate patients about treatments and packages
- Upsell or recommend additional services (ethically)
7. Coordination with Doctor
- Assist doctor during procedures
- Report patient condition and progress
- Follow treatment plans prescribed by doctor
8. Product Knowledge & Sales
- Recommend skincare/haircare products
- Explain usage and benefits
- Support clinic sales targets
9. Appointment & Time Management
- Manage patient flow efficiently
- Ensure treatments are done on time
- Coordinate with reception team
10. Compliance & Safety
- Follow clinic policies and legal guidelines
- Ensure patient confidentiality
- Handle emergencies calmly (basic first aid knowledge)
Pay: ₹11,847.95 - ₹20,000.00 per month
