We are seeking a visionary Head of Research & Innovation to lead the organization’s technology/functional/product/operation innovation strategy and transform emerging ideas into scalable business solutions. The role will drive research initiatives, identify disruptive technologies, and collaborate across teams to build next-generation products and platforms that support long-term business growth.
Job responsibilities :
● Define and execute the company's research and innovation roadmap aligned with long-term business goals.
● Analysis on emerging technologies and implementation
● Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of researchers, data scientists, and
engineers
● Cross-functional collaboration between R&I, Product, Engineering, and business units.
● Translate research concepts into viable products, features.
● Support business development with innovation-driven proposals and technical due diligence
● Drive development of AI-driven, data-driven, and automation solutions that improve
business performance
● Deep expertise AI/ML, Cloud, Distributed Systems, Cybersecurity, or Data Engineering
● Drive advanced analytics, data science, and statistical methodologies to guide
decision-making and innovation.
● Ability to anticipate technology shifts 3–5 years ahead
● Articulate complex ideas to board, investors, and business stakeholders
● Ensure timely and high-quality delivery by closely working with cross-functional
teams
● Able to adopt and understand any new business processes.
● Should be Strong in Analysis for Business logic, Data logic and database logic.
● Deep knowledge and able identified of leakages.
● product vision, roadmap, and long-term strategy aligned with business goals
● Work closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Business stakeholders to
ensure alignment between innovation initiatives and business goals.
