We are looking for an experienced Café Manager / Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our café. The ideal candidate should have experience in QSR (Quick Service Restaurant), café, bakery, coffee shop, or restaurant operations, with strong leadership, customer service, and team management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the café.
- Lead, train, and motivate the café team.
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor food quality, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Handle inventory management, stock control, and vendor coordination.
- Prepare staff schedules and manage shift operations.
- Achieve sales targets while controlling operational costs.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
- Ensure smooth POS billing and cash handling.
- Prepare daily sales and operational reports.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Café Manager, Restaurant Manager, Store Manager, Bakery Manager, Coffee Shop Manager, or QSR Manager.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Experience in customer service, operations management, and inventory control.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and POS systems.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
