We are a fast-growing nutraceutical and sports nutrition company specializing in private label manufacturing, custom formulations, and innovative health products. We are looking for a creative, performance-driven, and highly organized Social Media Manager to build our digital presence and strengthen our brands across multiple platforms.
Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management
- Manage and grow the company's social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), and other emerging platforms.
- Develop and execute monthly content calendars aligned with business objectives.
- Schedule and publish posts, reels, stories, and videos.
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement.
- Stay updated with social media trends, algorithm changes, and industry developments.
- Build and maintain a strong online community around the company's brands.
Content Planning & Coordination
- Develop content ideas, campaigns, and social media strategies.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, videographers, and agencies for content production.
- Write captions, scripts, and content briefs.
- Plan content for product launches, exhibitions, events, and campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
Influencer & Creator Management
- Identify, onboard, and manage fitness influencers, athletes, nutritionists, and content creators.
- Coordinate influencer collaborations, product seeding campaigns, and brand partnerships.
- Negotiate commercial terms and manage campaign deliverables.
- Track influencer performance, engagement, and ROI.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with creators and brand ambassadors.
Brand Building
- Maintain consistent brand identity across all digital platforms.
- Create campaigns that enhance brand awareness, credibility, and trust.
- Build the personal brand of the Founder and leadership team.
- Develop storytelling strategies around manufacturing capabilities, product innovations, and company achievements.
Performance Marketing Support
- Work closely with the marketing team on Meta Ads and lead generation campaigns.
- Coordinate creatives for advertisements and landing pages.
- Support email marketing and WhatsApp campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements.
Analytics & Reporting
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on social media performance.
- Track engagement, reach, follower growth, leads generated, and campaign performance.
- Analyze competitor activities and industry trends.
- Provide recommendations for improving content performance and audience growth.
AI & Digital Tools
- Utilize AI tools to improve content planning, copywriting, research, and productivity.
- Leverage AI for generating campaign ideas, captions, scripts, and marketing strategies.
- Use AI tools to improve efficiency and workflow management.
Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in social media management and digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Strong understanding of branding, storytelling, and content marketing.
- Experience in nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, FMCG, fitness, or healthcare industry will be preferred.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in the following tools is preferred:

- Passionate about fitness, health, and nutrition industry.
- Experience in influencer marketing and community building.

- Candidates with hands-on experience using Claude AI and advanced AI platforms will be given preference.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Willing to travel for exhibitions, factory shoots, and client visits.
