We are looking for an experienced, highly accountable, and execution-focused Manager – Organic Growth, Demand Generation & Revenue Marketing with 7–10 years of hands-on experience across content marketing, SEO, AIO, webinar marketing, social media, LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, thought leadership, and B2B organic lead generation.

What you will do:
- Organic Growth Strategy & Revenue Marketing:
Own the North America organic growth strategy across content, SEO, AIO, LinkedIn, social media, webinars, email marketing, newsletters, community engagement, and thought leadership initiatives.
- Lead Generation, Pipeline Ownership & Revenue Contribution:
Take complete ownership of organic lead generation for the North American market across inbound, outbound-assisted, and nurture-led workflows.
Build and manage lead generation initiatives through LinkedIn outreach support, organic social media, thought-leadership campaigns, webinars, newsletters, email nurture journeys, community participation, content distribution, and high-intent SEO assets.
- Content Marketing, SEO & AIO:
Lead the planning and execution of SEO-led content strategies including blogs, landing pages, pillar pages, case studies, POV articles, service pages, and campaign-specific assets.
Collaborate with SEO teams to identify target keywords, search intent themes, content clusters, internal linking opportunities, and ranking-focused content initiatives.
- Webinar, Community & Thought Leadership Programs:
Own end-to-end webinar execution including topic strategy, speaker coordination, landing page inputs, promotional campaigns, registration growth, reminder workflows, live-session coordination, and post-event follow-up.
•LinkedIn, Social Media & Organic Outreach:
Drive LinkedIn marketing and outreach-support initiatives for company pages, leadership profiles, and campaign-led visibility programs.
Build organic social media strategies focused on authority, engagement, trust building, and lead-supportive interactions across priority platforms.
Collaborate with content and design teams to create social media calendars, carousels, founder-led posts, campaign creatives, event promotions, and thought-leadership assets.
•Email Marketing, Newsletter & Nurture Systems:
Lead email marketing initiatives across nurture tracks, webinar campaigns, newsletters, follow-up workflows, re-engagement sequences, and organic lifecycle communication.
Create segmented messaging strategies based on audience type, funnel stage, service interest, geography, and engagement history.
•Proposal, RFP & Sales Enablement Support:
Lead and refine proposal writing, pitch deck creation, RFP drafting, capability presentations, and strategic sales support materials.
Collaborate with leadership to structure persuasive messaging, market-relevant positioning, and visually clear narratives for proposals and presentations.
Bring a strong understanding of presentation flow, storytelling, and creative quality for PPTs, proposal decks, and marketing collateral.
- 7–10 years of experience in digital marketing, organic growth, content marketing, SEO, demand generation, or revenue marketing roles, preferably in an agency or B2B growth environment.
- Demonstrated experience in organic lead generation with clear understanding of funnel management, MQL-to-SQL progression, pipeline acceleration, and revenue influence.
- Exposure to North American or international market for B2B lead generation, account expansion, and founder-led marketing programs.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, email platforms, webinar platforms, and reporting dashboards.
- Experience in service-led businesses where marketing and sales collaboration is critical to pipeline growth.
- Exposure to AI-enabled marketing operations, content systems, and workflow automation is an added advantage.
