Position: Resin/Chemical Plant Operator
Location: Dumdum
Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month
Office Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
We are looking for a skilled Resin/Chemical Plant Operator to join our chemical manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate should be an Engineer with a Chemistry/Chemical Engineering background and possess 3–5 years of hands-on experience in resin or chemical plant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor reactors, mixers, pumps, and other plant equipment.
- Carry out batch manufacturing as per SOPs and production schedules.
- Monitor process parameters such as temperature, pressure, flow rate, and reaction time.
- Ensure product quality by following quality control standards.
- Troubleshoot process-related issues to minimize downtime.
- Maintain production logs, batch records, and equipment checklists.
- Follow all safety, environmental, and statutory guidelines.
- Coordinate with the Production, Quality Control, and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth plant operations.
- Maintain housekeeping and ensure safe handling of chemicals.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or Engineering with a Chemistry background.
- 3–5 years of experience in a resin or chemical manufacturing plant.
- Strong knowledge of batch processing, chemical reactions, plant safety, and SOP compliance.
- Familiarity with reactors, pumps, valves, and production equipment.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a manufacturing environment.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
