Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Manager – CGD Projects to lead and coordinate inspection activities, manage project execution, and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and field inspection teams. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in the City Gas Distribution (CGD) sector and possess strong technical, operational, and leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate material inspections at vendor locations and gas pipeline project sites.
- Ensure field inspectors deliver timely and quality inspection outputs.
- Review inspection reports to verify technical compliance with Quality Assurance Plans (QAP) and project specifications.
- Verify that all inspection documents, reports, and photographs are complete, accurate, and properly maintained.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide effective solutions.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and field inspectors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor inspection schedules and ensure project milestones are achieved within timelines.
- Manage billing processes and follow up with clients regarding payments.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying opportunities to generate new business.
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards and project requirements.
- Prepare and submit project reports and maintain proper documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E./B.Tech).
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in City Gas Distribution (CGD) and Third-Party Inspection (TPI) projects.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a TPI office as a Project Coordinator or similar managerial role.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of material inspection and gas pipeline projects.
- Excellent knowledge of Quality Assurance Plans (QAP) and inspection documentation.
- Experience in reviewing technical inspection reports.
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and client management abilities.
- Ability to handle customer issues professionally.
- Knowledge of Quality Management System (QMS) documentation is preferred.
- Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office for reporting and documentation.
Preferred Candidate
- Mechanical Engineer with extensive experience in managing CGD inspection projects.
- Proven ability to coordinate with clients, vendors, and field teams.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
