About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Dentist / Associate Dentist to join our growing dental practice. The candidate will work closely with the lead dentist in patient care, clinical procedures, treatment assistance, and day-to-day dental clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist the lead dentist during various dental procedures.
* Perform general dental procedures independently according to experience and competency.
* Take patient history and perform preliminary clinical examination.
* Assist with diagnosis and treatment planning.
* Perform procedures such as scaling, restorations, temporary fillings, and other routine dental treatments.
* Assist during root canal treatments, crowns, bridges, implants, and other advanced procedures.
* Maintain proper infection-control and sterilization protocols.
* Handle dental instruments and equipment carefully.
* Explain basic treatment procedures and post-treatment instructions to patients.
* Maintain accurate patient records and treatment notes.
* Communicate professionally and empathetically with patients.
* Coordinate with the dental assistant and reception team for smooth patient flow.
* Maintain cleanliness, organization, and professional standards within the clinic.
* Willingness to learn and develop new clinical skills.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
