Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls & schedule vehicle service appointments
- Follow up and remind customers about appointments
- Explain service packages, offers & available slots
- Maintain customer records & CRM updates
- Handle customer queries and coordinate with the Service Department
- Collect post-service feedback and ensure customer satisfaction
