The Drip Secrets is a growing fashion and fragrance brand offering attars, eyewear, accessories, and curated products for young and style-conscious customers.
We are looking for enthusiastic college students to join us as Campus Ambassadors and represent The Drip Secrets within their college and student community.
This is an ideal opportunity for students who enjoy communicating with people, networking, sales, marketing, and building brands.
Each campus ambassador will received an unique code. You are required to share this code with your friends who wants to make a purchase from our website. This will be a discount coupon.
About the Role
As a Campus Ambassador, you will be the face of The Drip Secrets within your college.
Your primary responsibility will be to promote our products, introduce the brand to students, generate sales, and increase brand awareness through your communication and networking skills.
You will not be required to do traditional street selling or randomly approach strangers. The focus will be on using your college network, communication skills, social connections, and creativity to generate genuine interest and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote The Drip Secrets products among students and your college community.
- Introduce customers to our attars, fragrances, eyewear, and other products.
- Explain product features, fragrances, pricing, offers, and combos to potential customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations or fragrance sampling within your network where permitted.
- Generate sales through your personal network, classmates, friends, and social connections.
- Promote the brand through WhatsApp, Instagram, and other appropriate channels.
- Share our product catalog and promotional content with potential customers.
- Encourage customers to follow and engage with The Drip Secrets on social media.
- Collect customer feedback and share useful insights with the brand.
- Build awareness of The Drip Secrets within your campus.
- Maintain a professional and positive image while representing the brand.
- Achieve assigned sales and promotional targets.
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for students who are:
- Currently pursuing college/university education.
- Confident and comfortable communicating with people.
- Good at public speaking and interpersonal communication.
- Friendly, energetic, and approachable.
- Interested in sales, marketing, fashion, fragrances, or entrepreneurship.
- Comfortable using Instagram, WhatsApp, and other social media platforms.
- Proactive and capable of working independently.
- Target-oriented and motivated by performance incentives.
- Willing to take initiative rather than waiting for instructions.
No prior work experience is required.
Students who are naturally good at networking, convincing people, organizing small activities, or communicating with their peers are especially encouraged to apply.
Stipend & Incentives
Monthly Stipend: ₹3,000
In addition to the monthly stipend, Campus Ambassadors can earn performance-based commissions based on their sales performance.
The more you sell, the more you can earn.
For example, ambassadors achieving higher monthly sales will become eligible for additional commission/incentives.
Performance incentives
In addition to the ₹3,000 monthly stipend, Campus Ambassadors can earn additional performance-based commissions on their sales.
Sales Incentive Structure
- ₹0 – ₹14,999 monthly sales: ₹3,000 stipend
- ₹15,000 – ₹19,999 monthly sales: ₹3,000 stipend + 5% commission [On total sales number]
- ₹20,000 – ₹29,999 monthly sales: ₹3,000 stipend + 7% commission [On total sales number]
- ₹30,000+ monthly sales: ₹3,000 stipend + 10% commission [On total sales number]
Example: If you generate ₹20,000 in sales in a month, you will receive your ₹3,000 stipend plus ₹1,400 performance commission, making your total monthly earning ₹4,400.
There is no upper limit on your earning potential. Higher sales can lead to higher incentives.
This role is particularly suitable for students who are confident in communication, good at networking, and motivated by performance-based earnings.

Important Requirements
- Must be a currently enrolled college/university student.
- Must be able to dedicate approximately 3 hours per day, 5 days per week, with reasonable flexibility around college schedules.

- Must have access to a smartphone and WhatsApp.
- Must be willing to work towards sales targets.
- College activities must always comply with the respective institution's rules and permissions.
