Role Overview – Project Manager (Smart City ICT / MSI)
Responsible for end-to-end delivery of Smart City ICT projects under the MSI model, ensuring adherence to timelines, SLAs, and KPIs. The role involves managing stakeholders, overseeing ICCC and integrated smart solutions, driving project planning and commercial processes, and ensuring smooth operations, service performance, and compliance through effective team leadership and issue resolution.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Smart City ICT projects under the MSI model, covering implementation, operations, and maintenance phases
- Manage project planning, scheduling, and execution in alignment with contractual milestones, SLAs, and KPIs
- Handle stakeholder coordination with SPV (LSCL), government departments, vendors, and internal teams
- Drive payment milestones including invoice submission, documentation, follow-ups, and closure of client queries
- Oversee command and control center (ICCC) operations and integrated smart solutions (surveillance, ITMS, e-governance, etc.)
- Monitor system performance, uptime, and service delivery as per O&M contractual obligations
- Lead cross-functional teams including OEMs, system integrators, and field teams
- Manage change requests, scope variations, and contract compliance as per RFP/Agreement
- Conduct data-driven analysis and reporting for governance, citizen services, and operational improvements
- Ensure adherence to cybersecurity, data center operations, and IT infrastructure standards
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management and client review meetings
- Resolve escalations and ensure timely closure of issues impacting service delivery
