We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Fresher Python AI/ML Developer who is excited to begin their career in Python development and Generative AI. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in Python programming, hands-on knowledge of Python frameworks, basic understanding of Gen AI concepts, and a willingness to learn and work on real-world AI-driven projects.
You will collaborate with experienced developers and data professionals to build, test, and improve intelligent applications and AI-powered solutions.
- Develop and maintain applications using Python programming and its frameworks.
- Build and integrate Generative AI solutions using LLMs, LangChain, and related tools.
- Assist in building and testing Machine Learning models and AI solutions.
- Work on data preprocessing, data cleaning, and data analysis tasks.
- Understand business requirements and contribute to AI-based solutions.
- Implement basic ML algorithms and evaluate model performance.
- Work with libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn.
- Assist in developing AI/ML pipelines and automation scripts.

- Bachelor's degree in BE & B. Tech.
- 0–3 Months experience.
- Strong knowledge of Python programming fundamentals.
- Understanding of OOP concepts and programming logic.
- Proficiency in Python frameworks such as FastAPI and Django.
- Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts.
- Basic understanding of Generative AI concepts — LLMs, LangChain, LangGraph, RAG, AI Agents; at least one small project or hands-on exposure is a must.
- Familiarity with NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Scikit-learn.
- Knowledge of SQL databases and Vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate).
- Basic understanding of any cloud platform (AWS or GCP).
- Basic understanding of statistics and probability concepts.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of Deep Learning frameworks like TensorFlow / PyTorch.
