About the Role
Join a growing unlisted shares desk where you'll combine equity research with high-value client relationship management. You'll work with a ready client base (leads provided) and get direct exposure to India's fast-growing pre-IPO market.
What You'll Do
- Advise existing and new clients on unlisted/pre-IPO share opportunities via calls, meetings, and email
- Research unlisted companies — financials, business models, valuations — and turn them into crisp one-pagers
- Track funding rounds, corporate actions, and sector news that move client decisions
- Build long-term client relationships that convert into repeat business and referrals
- Maintain CRM records and support the team with market updates
What We're Looking For
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, or Economics (MBA/CFA a plus, not mandatory)
- Comfortable reading financial statements and basic valuation
- Strong communicator who can build trust over calls and meetings
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Prior exposure to equity research, broking, or wealth management is a bonus — freshers with strong fundamentals are welcome too
