Job description:
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates on platforms like Indeed, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.
- Onboarding: Facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new hires, ensuring all documentation and equipment are ready for their first day.
- Employee Records: Maintain and update digital and physical employee records (contracts, leave management, and performance files).
- Payroll & Benefits: Assist in payroll processing and ensure all employee benefits are administered accurately and on time.
- Policy Implementation: Help develop and implement HR policies that align with current labor laws and company culture.
- Employee Engagement: Organize internal events and initiatives to boost morale and foster a positive workplace environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 0-1 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), HRIS software, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with candidates and stakeholders.
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, empathy, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
