Job Description :
- Maintain good workers and employer relationship within the organization.
- Counseling the workers are not mentally disturbed with any situations and monitor the improvement.
- Communicate the workers needs in workplace.
- Arrange training and awareness programs for the workers
- Keep records of all the activities related to welfare
Pay: ₹16,000.00 per month
