Evening Remedial Teacher & Education Fellow (Non-Residential) / Part-Time
Work Schedule
6:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Location
AVILASH, Malandighi, West Bengal
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective remedial instruction in the assigned subject(s).
- Identify individual learning gaps and implement targeted academic interventions.
- Provide personalized guidance to help students strengthen conceptual understanding and improve academic performance.
- Monitor students' progress, maintain relevant academic records, and communicate feedback to the academic team.
- Foster a positive, disciplined, and inclusive learning environment that encourages curiosity, confidence, and academic excellence.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to ensure consistent and meaningful student development.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in the relevant discipline.
- B.Ed. qualification is desirable for teaching positions.
- Excellent subject knowledge, communication skills, and a genuine passion for teaching.
- Prior teaching experience is preferred; however, enthusiastic and competent fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
NOTE: Preference will be given to candidates residing in or around Malandighi and nearby localities. Applicants are expected to arrange their own transportation to and from the Academy, as transportation facilities will not be provided.
