Job Summary
We are looking for a Helpdesk Executive with experience in office administration, facilities management, asset management, and employee support. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations and providing timely support to employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee helpdesk requests and resolve issues within defined timelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for issue resolution.
- Handle office administration activities and maintain records.
- Manage stationery, office supplies, and inventory.
- Coordinate housekeeping, security, pantry, and facility services.
- Monitor office maintenance and ensure smooth facility operations.
- Maintain records of company assets such as laptops, desktops, furniture, and other equipment.
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement and service requirements.
- Track and maintain inventory and asset registers.
- Prepare basic reports related to administration and facilities.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained office environment.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
