Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and technically skilled 3D Designer to prepare high-quality 3D models, architectural visualizations, interior/exterior views, walkthroughs, and presentation drawings for residential, commercial, institutional, and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed 3D models and realistic renders of buildings, interiors, exteriors, landscapes, and other structures.
- Develop 3D models based on architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Prepare interior and exterior visualization as per client requirements and design concepts.
- Produce high-quality rendered images, walkthroughs, animations, and presentation views.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and project teams to incorporate design changes.
- Interpret 2D CAD drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and specifications for 3D modelling.
- Prepare material, texture, lighting, furniture, landscaping, and other visualization elements.
- Revise models and renders based on comments from clients and senior designers.
- Maintain proper organization of 3D models, CAD files, textures, materials, and project documentation.
- Ensure accuracy of dimensions, proportions, finishes, and architectural details in the 3D model.
Required Software Skills
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- 3ds Max
- Lumion / Enscape / Twinmotion
- V-Ray / Corona Renderer
- Photoshop – preferred
Qualification & Experience
- Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, 3D Design, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in architectural 3D modelling and visualization preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
