We’re looking for a designer with taste. Someone who understands aesthetics instinctively, knows what works on social, and can bring ideas to life through both design and motion.

What You’ll Do
- Create scroll-stopping static and motion content across Instagram, Meta, YouTube, and beyond
- Design reels, motion graphics, animations, and ad creatives that are built for performance
- Translate concepts into visually strong, platform-first executions
- Build and evolve brand identities — logos, visual systems, and toolkits
- Design marketing collateral across digital and print (pitch decks, banners, posters, etc.)
- Collaborate closely with strategy, content, and performance teams
- Adapt designs across formats while maintaining strong visual consistency
- Stay on top of design trends, motion styles, and platform behaviour
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience with Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop
- Working knowledge of After Effects (motion is a big plus)
- Strong sense of aesthetics, typography, colour, and composition
- Deep understanding of social media-first design
- Ability to think beyond execution concept + craft
- Someone who can manage multiple projects without compromising on quality
Bonus Points If You
- Have experience with 3D tools (Blender, Cinema 4D, etc.)
- Can edit videos / reels with a strong sense of rhythm
- Have worked with brands, agencies, or digital campaigns
