The Project Manager – Design & Development is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing end-to-end projects across the Software Design & Development and Clinical departments. The role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives by working closely with developers, designers, clinical teams, leadership, and other stakeholders. The Project Manager is responsible for project planning, execution, risk management, resource coordination, and driving seamless cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end projects across the Design & Development
- Responsible in task completion, deadlines of the team members (Software, Design & Clinical Department)
- Responsible for team efficiency and project deliverables
- Responsible for task planning and scheduling
- Responsible for project tracking, tasks, and internal initiatives to ensure timely execution
- Assist in business analysis, including data collection, interpretation, and reporting
- Implement process documentation and standardization of workflows
- Identify process gaps and contribute to improvement initiatives
- Implementing process optimization and efficiency measures
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, manage dependencies, and resolve bottlenecks.
- Support coordination and communication between departments
- Maintain trackers, dashboards, and status reports for ongoing activities
- Maintain company regulatory requirements
