- Coordinate patient appointments, admissions, transfers, and discharge processes.
- Act as the primary point of contact for patients and their attendants.
- Guide patients through hospital services, departments, and treatment procedures.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, diagnostic departments, and billing for seamless patient care.
- Ensure timely scheduling of consultations, investigations, and procedures.
- Assist patients with registration, documentation, and consent forms.
- Provide information regarding hospital facilities, services, and treatment packages.
- Coordinate with the insurance/TPA team for cashless and reimbursement cases.
- Address patient queries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Follow up with patients before and after treatment to ensure continuity of care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality of information.
- Monitor patient satisfaction and collect feedback for service improvement.
- Coordinate with internal departments to minimize patient waiting time.
- Prepare daily reports on patient coordination activities and follow-ups.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Hospital Administration.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
