Key Responsibilities
- Own annual revenue and volume targets for enterprise ITAD, bulk e-waste collection, and EPR compliance services.
- Build and convert a pipeline of large enterprise accounts across IT/ITES, BFSI, telecom, pharma, manufacturing, and PSUs.
- Lead end-to-end deal cycles — prospecting, RFP/RFQ response, commercial negotiation, contracting, and onboarding.
- Respond to enterprise RFPs and government/PSU tenders on GeM, eProcurement, and CPSE portals.
- Negotiate multi-year ITAD and EPR contracts covering SLAs, data destruction protocols, logistics, and pricing escalators.
- Sell EPR target fulfilment, registration support, and compliance services to producers, importers, and brand owners.
- Stay current on CPCB, SPCB, and MoEFCC regulations, EPR credit pricing, and policy shifts under the E-Waste (Management) Rules, 2022.
- Build C-suite and senior buyer relationships — CIOs, CFOs, CSOs, Sustainability Heads, Admin Heads, Procurement Heads.
- Drive OEM partnerships for take-back, reverse logistics, and EPR target servicing.
- Represent Namo Ewaste at CPCB/SPCB engagements and industry associations such as MAIT, ICEA, and IEEMA.
- Identify opportunities in adjacent streams — lithium-ion battery recycling, solar PV waste, ELV, and plastic waste.
- Coordinate with operations, plant, EPR compliance, and finance teams to ensure deliverability on signed contracts.
- Provide market intelligence on competitors, pricing trends, and policy shifts to leadership.
- Report directly to the Managing Director with weekly pipeline reviews and monthly revenue updates.
Required Experience & Skills (Mandatory)
- 8 to 15 years of direct experience in e-waste recycling, ITAD, EPR services, or industrial recycling. Candidates without industry experience will not be shortlisted.
- Proven track record of closing enterprise or government contracts worth ₹2 Crore or more in annual contract value.
- Deep working knowledge of E-Waste (Management) Rules 2022, EPR framework, CPCB EPR portal, and producer obligations.
- Established relationships with CIOs, sustainability heads, procurement heads, or OEM India teams.
- Experience winning enterprise RFPs and government tenders on GeM, CPSE, or state procurement portals.
- Strong commercial acumen across margin structures, scrap pricing, LME-linked dynamics, logistics costing, and contract risk.
- Excellent written and spoken English with the ability to present to C-suite and board-level audiences.
- Willingness to travel 15 to 20 days per month across India.
Preferred
- Existing relationships with OEMs such as HP, Dell, Lenovo, Samsung, LG, Apple, or Cisco, or with large EPR-obligated brands.
- Exposure to international scrap trading, CHA/customs processes, and CIF/FOB commercial structures.
- Familiarity with lithium-ion battery recycling, ELV, or solar PV waste streams.
- Prior P&L or business unit ownership in a listed or PE-backed recycling/ITAD company.
- MBA preferred but not mandatory for candidates with a strong track record.
Pay: ₹125,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
