The work you’ll do
- Lead the development of strategically grounded creative concepts and design systems for integrated campaigns and brand initiatives
- Partner with creative directors, marketers, and business stakeholders to translate marketing objectives into compelling visual ideas and experiences
- Guide the team from concept through final execution, ensuring work is high quality, brand-right, and aligned to business goals
- Inspire designers and cross-functional partners to push work into stronger creative territory while maintaining consistency and usability
- Set the creative standard across deliverables by reviewing work, giving actionable feedback, and driving continuous improvement
- Lead effective stakeholder presentations that clearly communicate creative rationale and business value
- Manage multiple projects, priorities, timelines, and team bandwidth to ensure smooth execution
- Coach and develop junior team members through feedback, training, stretch opportunities, and performance support
- Build a strong creative culture that supports collaboration, innovation, and talent growth
- Use established project management systems and workflows to improve visibility, coordination, and delivery discipline

By combining strategic insight with world-class creative thinking, the team develops compelling, data-informed work that supports key business priorities. Work timing: 2:00 PM–11:00 PM (IST)
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field
- 12–15 years of relevant experience in agency or in-house creative roles, including experience leading teams and major workstreams
- Strong portfolio demonstrating innovative, strategically grounded work across multiple channels
- Proven ability to generate ideas, direct teams, and elevate work through hands-on creative leadership
- Strong stakeholder presence and the ability to present, defend, and refine creative recommendations with senior audiences
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with Figma and related digital design tools
- Strong people leadership, coaching, and delegation skills
- Strong understanding of campaign development, brand systems, and production realities across digital and traditional channels
- Ability to manage competing priorities, shifting requirements, and resource planning effectively
Preferred
- Experience in professional services, B2B, or complex-category marketing
- Familiarity with enterprise content platforms
- Experience managing budgets, external partners, or agency relationships
