We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Tamil Recruiter to support bulk hiring for our domestic call centre. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Tamil and English (Hindi will be an added advantage) and have a passion for talent acquisition. Freshers with excellent communication skills and candidates with up to 2 years of recruitment experience are welcome to apply.

Handle end-to-end recruitment for Tamil-speaking telecallers, customer support executives, and sales executives.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, walk-ins, and other recruitment channels.

Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews to assess communication skills and role fit.

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely closures.

Maintain a healthy pipeline of Tamil-speaking candidates.

Follow up with selected candidates until joining and ensure a smooth onboarding process.

Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and daily hiring reports.

Achieve assigned hiring targets within defined timelines.

Build relationships with candidates and provide a positive recruitment experience.

Support recruitment drives, walk-in interviews, and campus hiring initiatives when required.

Graduate in any discipline.

0–2 years of experience in recruitment (BPO, Healthcare, Ayurveda, Wellness, or Domestic Call Centre recruitment preferred).

Freshers with strong communication and sourcing skills may also apply.

Fluency in Tamil (mandatory).

Good communication skills in English; Hindi is an added advantage.

Basic knowledge of recruitment and interview coordination.

Familiarity with job portals and Microsoft Excel.
