We are looking for a motivated Business Development Intern to help generate and convert leads through Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). The ideal candidate should be eager to learn digital marketing, communicate effectively with potential clients, and support business growth by converting leads into customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Run and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
- Generate high-quality leads for the company's products and services.
- Respond to leads through WhatsApp, phone calls, and email.
- Follow up with prospects and convert them into customers.
- Qualify leads and maintain an organized lead database.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to improve campaign performance.
- Monitor ad performance and suggest improvements to increase conversions.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on lead generation and conversion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and willing to learn.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Facebook & Instagram advertising.
- Understanding of lead generation and sales funnels.
- Familiarity with Canva and basic digital marketing concepts.
- Basic knowledge of Google Ads is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
